Colorful Water

One day walking the bike way next to the river, I noticed these reflections.  Evidently, someone had poured something (oil, gas etc.) into the water and with the light hitting it produced an appealing subject.  However, you hate to make a photograph which is the direct result of a careless individual’s actions that could affect the long term health of the river and the local environment.
