This picture was taken in the 1980’s with a 4×5 view camera using sheet film. The building was originally known as the Winters Bank Tower. This photo was taken from the Rike’s Parking Garage. This was taken after the sun had set, but there was still enough light to produce this effect in the sky which photographers refer to as the “blue hour.”
